What Steady Support Can Look Like.
Every child is different, so every plan is too. Here is an example of how a few months of tutoring can be organized.
Month 1: Find the starting point
The tutor checks what your child already knows, then agrees a focus with you, for example fractions and word problems.
Month 2: Build understanding
Sessions follow the schoolwork, with short practice between sessions. Each report shows what went well and what to practice.
Month 3: Grow independence
More problem solving on their own, with the tutor stepping back. You review progress together and set the next goal.
