How It Works:
High School Students
Register and check eligibility
Orientation and enrolment for training
Access your Childify App Trainee Dashboard and begin orientation
Get Trained
Register an OCRRA account, complete 40 hours of supervised online modules in early childhood education. Complete CPR, First Aid and Communicable disease training
Get on-boarded on Childify substitute care provider pool
Get Vetted and Assessed
Undergo background checks, skill assessments, and portfolio setup
Classroom Practica
Complete a minimum of 20 hours of in-service classroom training at partner child care centers.
